In Brief

THE AUCTION HAS CLOSED! THANK YOU TO EVERYBODY WHO PARTICIPATED!!!
PLEASE FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS FOR MAKING WINNING BIDDER PAYMENTS OR TO SHOW SUPPORT SIMPLY BY DONATING ANY NOMINATED AMOUNT...

To process a payment or donation simply click on the 'SPONSOR ME' button, found in the right hand column just below the thumbnails of all the auction pieces, to be taken to the official Red Cross donations webpage created specifically for the Lucky Charm Fundraiser.

This is a secure online payment method devised by the Red Cross to process and track fundraising donations.

At the Red Cross Donation page, click on the DONATE NOW button to fill out a payment form, placing your winning bid amount in the box provided.
VISA, AMEX, MASTERCARD and BPAY are all accepted forms of payment.

As a winning bidder making a payment: you must include the name you have used to place your bid, the title of the work you are paying for and the amount being paid. Please allow all this information to remain visible as this assists in processing the payments and helps us to send you your winning pieces off to you asap. Please also tick the box that says 'Make your name and email available to the fundraiser', (which is only me, Natalia, it wont be made public), as this will help me keep track of all payments made and allow me to follow up any possible glitches with ease.

e.g:

Please also make sure that you have been in touch with me regarding your desired postal address for the artist to send the work your way. This can be done via the lucky charm email luckycharmfundraiser@gmail.com

If you have not been a successful bidder but would still like to make a donation, simply follow the same prompts given above and contribute any size donation you would like to make. Every dollar counts!

I would like to have all payments processed with 3-4 working days (by Wed 27th April), so that postage of works can be arranged and finalised promptly. If you have difficulty in making this deadline, please email me to discuss. Any items left unpaid for and undiscussed after this time will be offered to the next bidder.

Many thanks again and please do not hesitate in contacting me if you have any further queries.

Cheers,
Natalia

Sean O'Connell - TANTALUM RING

STOP! YOU MUST READ THIS!

You are bidding on YOUR CHOICE of one tantalum ring with a 9ct gold lining from the ever so generous and lovely NSW jeweller, Sean O'Connell. Sean has mastered the art of manipulating this fascinating metal, (which he has kindly given us a link to), into works of true beauty and timelessness. The rings are built around an incredibly hard tantalum exterior, then lined with a sleeve of gold, leaving the preciousness a hidden secret just for the wearer.

Sean is offering an incredible deal to the winner of this ring. The winner's ring will be made to order!

Here is his offer:

"This unique ring, made to your size, will be forged out of rich grey tantalum bar and lined in ANY colour of 9ct gold (red, yellow or white), to any width and profile. This metal is unusual, being a deep grey in colour, heavy like gold, more stainless than stainless, and exuding a rich lush solidity like the dark rolling storm clouds you used to hide from when you were little. Used in implant surgery, electronics and nuclear reactors, the metal is quite unusual and will make a good talking point. Extremely comfortable, these rings make a great everyday ring.
For an idea of value, retail is around $1000 - 1500 depending on size and width.
Winning bidder will liaise with the maker, being sent a sizing prototype to ensure a proper final fit."

I will personally put the winning bidder in touch with Sean so that you can commission your very own tantalum and gold ring.

How's that ladies and gentlemen!?!?!?!?!?

I'm lost for words!
